Also referred to as Single-Ply, the system is composed of a top layer of thermoplastic polyolefin membrane, reinforced with fiberglass, Sure-Weld TPO Roofway by Carlisle Syntec, an intermediate layer of thermoacoustic insulating usually with rigid foam polyisocyanurate (PIR) and lower layer in trapezoidal sheets or on concrete slabs.
The membrane is available in white, gray, beige and 16 special colors with thicknesses of 1,14mm (45.000), 1,52mm (60.000), 1,82mm (72.000) and 2,03mm (80.000).
The trespress in the joints are thermo welded by sealers, turning the membrane in a monolithic surface.
Thermofusion in the joints
Thermofusion in the joints with manual welding for better finish.
Over 50 years of experience in roofing, Carlisle - Syntec is a leader in research and development of TPO industry, have more than 3 billion square meters of membrane installed worldwide.
Roofway has the Carlisle Companies Incorporated technology and quality, with the products of the main line Carlisle Syntec.
It is the only membrane designed to resist the intensity of UV present in our continent, with the OCTAGUARD XT, an eight additional elements package, including antioxidants, UV absorbers and heat and light stabilizer, which guarantee more durability than products competitors, and greater confidence at the technical characteristics preservation over the years.
