FACADES ACM

ACM

Increasingly present in city architecture, Composite Aluminum - ACM panels are well used as a coating on commercial façades, residential and visual communication projects. It enriches the look of buildings, being a versatile material used even as an inner coating.
Composed of two sheets of anodised or painted aluminum with thicknesses of 0,3 mm or 0,5 mm and a core of thermoplastic polymer (polyethylene) of 2 to 5 mm thickness.

ABNT NBR 15446 – "Panels of aluminum solid sheets and panels of aluminum composite material used in facades and architectural coatings - requirements" (4.3.5.1 pag10) - the minimum thickness of aluminum sheets for external applications is 0.50mm. In internal facades the minimum thickness of the plates is 0.30 mm.

Standard measures:
Total thickness: 3mm, 4mm, 6mm;
Width: 1000/1250/1500;
Length: 4000 (variable according to the project needs and amount)
Possibility of manufacturing and installation in other measures.

Roofway Facade ACM is a ventilated facade system that provides an air chamber between the panel and the building reducing costs with air conditioning - Energy efficiency. Protects the walls of sudden temperature changes, reducing thermal expansion and preventing cracks risks. It can be also installed as a facade with the use of thermoacoustic insulation.
