INSULATION

PUR

Also known as polyurethane, it is a rigid foam, the result of the chemical reaction between an isocyanate and a polyol, responsible for the high thermal insulation factor.

It is a rigid waterproof rigid panel produced from a mix of recycled polymers, catalysts and resins.

The rigid polyurethane foam is recognized as one of the most efficient thermal insulation for use in buildings.
Its low thickness insulation property offers ease of assembly and processing, low coefficient of thermal conductivity, low specific gravity and high mechanical resistance.

The ideal foam density for tiles is between 36 and 40 kg / m³ and the accuracy of this value is decisive for the performance of the thermoacoustic insulation of the tile.
It has a low thermal conductivity factor - K = 0.016 Kcal / m.h °C.
