INSULATION

LDR

Rock wool saves more energy employed in its production comes from mineral fibres of volcanic rock. For being inorganic and mineral, does not deteriorate, guaranteeing high performance..

Felts

Felts are light and flexible in rock wool, with special resins, and guarantee low thermal conductivity and high acoustic absorption.
Suitable for flat surfaces, irregular and cylindrical. Recommended for temperatures up to 150° c.
The acoustic insulation in rock wool felts mineral is found in 50 mm.

In the tables below are shown the thermal and acoustic characteristics, respectively, of rock wool 32 density kg/m ³:

Panels

Panels are semi-rigid in rock wool, with special and special resin for use in environments and equipment insulation of low, medium and high temperatures.
Rock wool panels are available in different densities and thicknesses, and can have a variety of surface finishes.
As this is a material that receives synthetic resins, its maximum operating temperature (keeping) is 450° c.

In the tables below are shown the thermal and acoustic characteristics, respectively, of rock wool 32 density kg/m ³:

Rolls

The rollers are tubes in high density rock wool, bonded with special resins, and are suitable for pipes with nominal diameters up to 4 "in various thicknesses. Bipartite: in two equal halves and separated. Suitable for pipes.
In the light of the low thermal conductivity coefficients, contribute to reducing the costs of operation and energy saving. Support temperatures up to 750º C without deterioration. Support peak temperatures above 1,000 degrees, with little or almost no change in their physical structure.
