Thermoface

Also called "False Sandwich", the Termoface System consists of an upper (outer) layer in galvalume / galvanized steel tiles and a lower (internal) thermoacoustic insulation layer using any thermoacoustic insulation, but with a finishing finish in White or aluminized vinyl film.

Sandwich

Composed of an upper (outer) layer in zipped tiles, an intermediate layer in insulation materials and a lower (internal) layer in conventional tiles, both galvalume / galvanized steel tiles. Between the two layers of tiles, it is necessary to use spacers in metallic cross-section "Cartola" or "Z" sections fixed along all the lines of tues.

Double Zipped Sandwich

It is a system that uses double-layer roofing tiles both galvalume / galvanized steel tiles. And an intermediate layer with thermoacoustic insulation. Assembly can be done layer by layer - in most cases the tiles are very long and to avoid splicing they need to be fabricated in the work. The architectural result is greatly appreciated and compared to lining finish. Many architects lack the use of lining combining efficiency and economy.

In cases where expanded polyurethane or EPS insulation is used, Tiles can be produced in our factory and the insulation is injected or placed in a set as panels where the three layers are permanently attached. In these cases, panels manufactured must not exceed 12 meters in length and do not require spacers to be transported and assembled in one piece. For acoustic absorption efficiency, in some cases, we use the perforated lower profiles.
