STANDING SEAM ROOF

PREMIUM

The tiles are profiled on the construction site itself, continuously, without length limits and without seams, and are fixed through the process known as zipping, using special clips without drilling the tiles.

The premium line is available in Aluminum, being a lighter material, corrosion resistant, durable, easy to work, can be welded and combined with other materials.

The tiles are flexible and can be adapted to the needs of the most avant-garde architects, both in geometric form and in their dimensions.

Aluminum tiles are available with a Stucco finish standard, however, it has a wide range of colors and special coatings for different needs.

AluPlusZinc

The finishing AluPlusZinc is a traditionally refined, technically sophisticated product with a matt, finish. A surface typical of zinc, and developed for designers and architects who are looking for something special and demand the best, in order to realise unique roofs and facades.

In accordance with strict quality standards, a sophisticated product with a matt, zinc-patinated surface is manufactured using a patented process. The timeless, aesthetic radiance of the pre-weathered zinc patina opens up a broad field of applications.
The high-quality aesthetics and harmonious design are the basis of the overall concept. As if it were “alive”, the patination continues to develop due to external influences and always remains impressive.

Characteristics:

- Zinc patina applied using the PEGAL process
- The salt water-resistant aluminium core retains its outstanding properties even after the synthesis with zinc
- The weather-related rate of corrosion is significantly lower than conventional zinc
- Discreet appearance and uniformity of colour over the entire surface
- UV-resistant

AluPlusPatina

The AluPlusPatina finish provides a high quality, matte look for aluminum profiled tiles, giving architects an unprecedented choice of highly durable aluminum materials.

Available in natural aluminum, and in four colourings, from light gold (champagne) to dark bronze, these distinctive metallic lustre finishes can be supplied in both stucco embossed for a variety of roof and wall cladding applications.

Produced in an electrolytic passivation process, surface treatment significantly reduces the diffuse light reflection and corresponds in its characteristic to a surface that has been exposed to the weather for many years. The colourings are produced in a layer of thickness 5 μm, and are offered for both stucco-embossed and smooth rolled aluminium strips. The thickness of the passivated coating remains unchanged over the course of the years in relation to the original thickness and thus ensures a long service life.

The new AluPlusPatina finishes are available as standard for all widths as well as for the FC facade system. This up-to-date interpretation option creates space for more individuality in a sophisticated, refined look.

Characteristics:

- Extremely weather-resistant and robust surface
- Available alternatively in natural aluminium or in pre-weathered AluPlusPatina in various colourings
- Reduced glare due to diffuse light reflections
- Fingerprint resistant
- Available in stucco-embossed or smooth finish
- UV-resistant
- No need for additional paint coating

Stucco

The profiled tiles are available in a natural embossed aluminum finish with classic stucco with protective coating and non-colored well as in an AluPlusPatina version. This natural metal finish is achieved by treatment with additional stamping rollers.

With extraordinary characteristics, the extremely robust surface structure is resistant to the slight mechanical damage that can occur, for example, during the installation of the profiled tiles. Thanks to its discreet metallic look, the material is very well suited for the design of larger roof and facade surfaces. In the case of natural aluminium it has an even surface greying, while the AluPlusPatina, depending upon the colouring, exhibits a consistent weathering behaviour and is resistant to salt water and weathering as well as aggressive environmental influences.

Characteristics:

- Extremely weather-resistant and robust surface
- Smooth, impermeable UV resistant surface
- Available alternatively in natural aluminium or in pre-weathered AluPlusPatina in various colourings
- Reduced glare due to diffuse light reflections

Insulation

Conventional tiles can have the application of several types of insulation:

-Glass wool;
-Rock wool;
-Wool of polyester (Pet)
-Pir/Pur
-EPS
